I'm Suz and I'm a cake addict.

I don't know what's happened to me, I really don't. I never used to be this bad. It wasn't unheard of for me to buy and not finish a single muffin. My excuse this time is that I wanted to use my new and deeply groovy muffin cases. See? How pretty!

And, voila! The finished cupcakes (coffee with a cream cheese frosting - I would've liked to top these with little coffee beans, but I didn't have any):

Very retro-chic. Or something :)

The cakes look much the better WITHOUT the coffee beans ;)

Speaking of pictures, I have been meaning to say that I do like the last few you posted to flickr!
The colours are fantastic in the red/blue one, and I thought the orange flowers were great too (I think I marginally prefer the first one).

Thanks! The one with the sunlight in the background? That's the one I prefer. It makes the orange just glow. I must admit, I do like the maple leaves. Not good composition-wise, but the colours are gorgeous. The wonder of sunshine, eh?

That looks delicious, but you really aren't helping with attempts at healthy eating.

Sorry! I'll make something healthy and delicious for dinner and blog about that!

Or look here for inspiration!

Please do. Although actually this might have helped because the cakes in the supermarket certainly won't look as good as this, being as they are, mass-produced.
